Do whatever you want. I’m not saying this is how everybody should speak - it’s my decision for myself. Not sure why you’re treating it like an attack on society.
I’m not really too worried about being understood, just working on it for myself. And honestly, I think anything could be said in a certain way and be understood as a curse/outburst. Borrowing from different languages is a good idea, though!
“Fudged” in the body wasn’t a swear replacement. I was using the word as a word.
Oh, I do. Shit, fuck, ass, etc. No problem with those, just don’t like religion hogging up neural pathways.
While I still liked it overall and it had some fantastic episodes of it’s own, I too felt that the Capaldi era was a bit too harsh/serious. Whitaker’s series gets bad buzz, but I really enjoyed her take on the character and just the vibe in general. It was very refreshing and joyful (with it’s own share of serious moments).
So far, Gatwa’s has been mostly fun. Probably a bit more camp than I’d prefer, but it’s definitely still good, imo. I’d recommend checking it out if that’s what you were missing from the Capaldi era. And be sure to start with the 4 episode series of specials if you’re going to skip Whitaker entirely (though I wouldn’t recommend that, personally).

No offense taken by me, no worries. Quebec is a very French province of Canada, so not being allowed to say “French fries” felt fitting, hah.
