Ya for personal use the whole libre office suite is way more than what I need. I think everyone should be using it unless they are in an office setting and have special cases like what you’ve mentioned.

Hopefully they’re far enough apart then, otherwise you can actually reduce performance.

You only need to reduce it if it will interfere with another one of your WAPs. In most cases, auto power settings are fine.

Typically you’d reduce it if you had a high density environment with lots of devices (IE office building) because one WAP and network cable can only handle so much traffic, so the WAPs can load balance or have reduced coverage to split the load.

Roku is terrible too though. Their data collection is bad and they’ve started tightening their grip on some things.

Ya true, but for those of us on Linux or windows, Firefox is the way.

I intentionally bought ducky for this reason. No software required. Then my mouse had some issues and found out there’s nothing that can be done, and the mouse wheel is just the shits so I went with xtrify. No complaints. Ducky keyboard and xtrify mouse, can set in many ways and they work great without the need of any jank app.

Wine/Proton and Steam Deck

Firefox, since it’s the last truly good non-google-controlled browser, I think. And it didn’t just actively try to destroy ublock origin and other ad blocking plugins.

In my local pricing, my 512GB LCD deck was almost 300$ cheaper than the switch 2 lol.

That seems high. I’ve got >500 games on steam and I know for sure I’ve got well over 10% that will work.

I loved my switch. I spent a lot of time with it. But since getting the steam deck… All the things I can do with it, and the cheap games, and even the high end games that I can play, it’s just too good. I beat hollow knight on my PC. I bought a switch after that, bought hollow knight collectors and never played it. Was fully planning on buying silk song on the switch but now I think I’ll go for the steam version.

Watched something on YouTube on my TV for the first time last week. Never again. 12 minute video had like 6 or 8 ads, 2-3 were 30 seconds. Fuck. That.
