21 days agoNah man, that’s not the purpose of unrestrained capitalism. The point is to get big enough that you can buy out all the competition, then make your product cheaper and cheaper once there’s no one to compete against. It’s a bit like an economical algae bloom.
I really want to know what was going on in the head of the first person to eat yogurt. “Hey mark, you know that milk we were trying to turn into cheese? Well it’s not milk anymore, and it’s not cheese either. I’m going to try it with some berries or something.”
