How is the enclosed city not just considered part of the bigger city? I think I’ve never seen a city like that before.

I just don’t put any plastic in the dishwasher. I feel like the heat helps leech them into the rest of the items in there. To avoid handwashing, I’ve slowly replaced plastic containers with glass ones.
I know it’s google, but my colleague at work loves his Pixel’s assistant that answers and screens calls for him.
They also removed regional pricing, which made it expensive in countries that have lower value currency.
Nah, I just genuinely want to learn new trivia stuff. I already know the common ones like the mammoths and pyramids for example.
I watched the documentary about the missionary kid who illegally traveled to Sentinel island and was killed by the natives. What was actually more interesting was the documentary also told a parallel story of an older missionary who tried converting one of the uncontacted tribes in South America. He spent so much time there that he learned the language and became friends with them. He ended up becoming a non-believer by the time he left.
Yup!
Whataburger Sweet & Spicy Bacon Burger.
A lot of have pivoted. When I attend conferences, most of the vendor sponsors are basically “this same product that provides this common service, but with AI integration”.
I just go on youtube music (don’t need an account) and search “songs like x”. That will get you a bunch of algo and user created playlists. Then I listen to them and take note of the ones I like.
Most Villenueve movies are very rewatchable for me. Sicario, BR2049, Arrival, and the Dune films. Others like Incendies, Enemy, and Prisoners not as much, not because they are bad, but because they are pretty heavy to be watched repeatedly.
Ah publicly exposed bucket. Tale as old as time.
That’s my wife’s favorite because they use olive oil and not soybean. We always have a stack of cans at home and we probably eat around 3-4 a week. From what I understand, smaller fish have less mercury, and I assume sardines have short lifespans so that also helps with heavy metal exposure.
Bbq brisket. I’m not going to go through the whole process of smoking for several hours.
It’s crazy, but I want to believe that 4chan post from supposedly a government insider. I can’t remember everything, but the aliens are supposedly not coming from space, but are already here and have an established base underwater. That’s why the credible military sightings are over the ocean and the UAPs appear to dive into the water. There’s also another theory that the aliens are in fact humans from the far future, trying to warn humanity about what it’s doing to doom the planet. But I don’t understand why they can’t just make the message clear and have to resort to vague UAP sightings.
Casino el Camino was like $20 for a burger and fries without tip. It was good, but that’s ridiculously expensive. I can get a Sweet & Spicy Bacon Burger at Whataburger for half the price and it’s just as filling (double patty and bacon).
Home maintenance and minor fixes. I’m sure the new homeowners will appreciate that.
Because the premise of religion involves having full faith in someone/something without question or evidence. So the more a person believes in it, the easier they are to manipulate, and it tends to have the same effect on other things. So if you are able to tickle that specific part of their brain and make them fully believe in something, you can have them do almost anything you want them to do.
Cryptocurrency company paying their employees in cryptocurrency. Well at least they walk the talk.
I spent the first 10 years of my working life in commuting traffic hell, where a 26km drive took 2 hours in a superdense megacity. I bought a condo 1km away from work when I could finally afford it. WFH, which I have been doing the past 8 years or so has done wonders for my sanity. And even then, I’m now in a place where an 18 mile drive takes 30 mins in regular traffic.
