How long before they cut out half the game and blame the players?
No matter how interesting a concept it may look, it’s still just a shitty live service game.
The concept is “yet another extraction shooter”, and half of the reveal trailer is AI slop…

My read is that Marathon is going to be a massive flop. They are charging a box price for it. It’s not a style of game that many destiny players will flock to, and it’s not unique enough for extraction shooter players to leave their games for.
I expect a full fledged bomb.
Is it another Battle Royale or Hero Shooter, both?
